WHAT IS THE DENTAL FRONT OFFICE COURSE?
Our exclusive Dental Front Office Course is a nine week fast track into the dental front office and dental industry. It is designed to train you in all aspects of the dental front office. The course was designed for those with no dental experience to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to obtain a job position as a dental front office administrator. And while it was developed for those with no dental experience, many active dental assistants and other dental professionals have found the course valuable for cross training or making the move to the front desk. It can be used as a good refresher course as well.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN
You will learn effective patient communication strategies, multi-line phone management, dental anatomy and terminology, restorative and preventative patient scheduling, charting, dental insurance management and processing, patient documentation, treatment planning, account management, introduction to dental management software and much more…

9 Week Dental Front Office Course via Zoom Conferencing
Begins , September 18th, 2021 and is every Saturday for 9 weeks.
Course concludes November 13th, 2021
9:30 AM PST to 12:30 AM PST

Tammy Duncan
Dental Consultant, DFOC Course Developer and Instructor Trainer
Tammy Duncan has worked in the dental industry for 30 plus years. developed the DFOC course curriculum and is the Lead Instructor. She has been in the dental industry for over 30 years and has been a dental for more than 15 years and in the dental industry for over 25 years.
Alyssa Williams
Certified Course Instructor and In-Office Trainer
Alyssa has been working in the dental industry for 9 years. She started as a sterilization technician and hygiene assistant and quickly found her love for the dental front office. She moved into a management role and eventually oversaw three dental practices. Alyssa has hired and trained many individuals at all different levels of understanding in the dental industry and helped them become successful patient care coordinators. She has a business, math degrees and minored in leadership from Oregon State University.
She has a passion for training and sharing all things dental front office and can’t wait to take you along the dental front office course journey!
