Tammy was here to help us be successful from day one — even spending entire weeks with our office when we first began. She will answer the phone at any time of the day, and work miracles to come into the office that same day if she is needed. She has coached me from simple dental knowledge, dentrix software, systems for measuring treatment acceptance, as well as keeping the team happy and conflict free.

Being a busy full-time mom of 3 and deciding to change careers, I cannot tell you how fortunate I am to be a part of Practice Management Systems. I, being someone who has no dental history background whatsoever, have learned so many things. They have given me the education, tools, and systems that has given me the confidence to go into a dental practice and show them what I can do.

I made the commitment to travel 3.5 hours each way, every week from Kennewick, WA to Oregon City, to seize the opportunity to find a new career in the dental field. As my class term is coming to a close, I am anxious to apply my new skills I’ve learned from Tammy into a new adventurous career.
