How do I know which program is right for my practice?

The free assessment exists precisely for this question. In 30 to 45 minutes Tammy can tell you — honestly — which program fits where your practice is right now. Most practices land in the 6-month program because it covers all five pillars with enough runway to install permanent systems, but the answer is never "all practices need the same thing."

Do you work with practices outside Oregon?

Yes. Tammy works with practices nationwide. The on-site portions of each program are scheduled around your geography — for out-of-state practices that typically means quarterly on-site visits with weekly or bi-weekly remote coaching between them. The methodology travels.

What if my team is resistant to communication training?

This is more common than you'd think — and it is exactly what A.L.I.G.N.™ is built to address. The "Identity" pillar exists because behavior change without identity change does not stick. The first phase of every engagement is about getting the team to OWN the work, not be subjected to it. Resistance becomes engagement when people see they are being given better tools, not being criticized for the old ones.

How quickly will I see results?

Is coaching available for dental groups or DSOs?

Engagements at this scale are structured differently — typically with a custom mix of leadership coaching, location-level training, and centralized systems install.
