How national coaching actually works.

For practices outside the Pacific Northwest, we deliver a quarterly cadence of on-site travel plus monthly Zoom coaching visits. The on-site work is for the moments that genuinely require physical presence — the four-hour workshop, the morning-huddle observation, the live phone-call coaching. Everything else happens over Zoom on a monthly cadence that matches what our regional clients get in person.

What changes for national clients.

Three things adjust for clients outside the Pacific Northwest. First, the cadence of physical presence shifts from monthly to quarterly. Second, the travel logistics get coordinated 6–8 weeks ahead. Third, the project fee is slightly different (travel for non-regional engagements is included but is a different number). The methodology and substance of the work do not change.

Do you really coach practices in any state?

Yes. We've worked in 25+ states across the United States. The methodology travels — the work translates to any market, urban or rural, single-doctor or multi-location.

How is national coaching priced differently from regional?

Project fees for national clients are slightly higher because travel is built in to the four-hour workshop and the quarterly visits. The price difference is usually a single-digit percentage versus regional engagements.

How often will you be on-site for a national client?

Four to six times per year for a 12-month engagement. The four-hour workshop is on-site. Quarterly visits are on-site. Everything else is Zoom-based — and intentionally so. Monthly Zoom visits cover more ground per dollar than monthly travel would.

Can you coach a practice in [state X]?

Yes. We do not have a list of excluded states. Practices in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico work the same as practices in California — the model is identical, the travel just costs more and gets scheduled further out.

Will national coaching be as effective as regional?

Within 2-3% on every measurable outcome. The biggest single difference is the speed of feedback on phone-call coaching, which is slightly faster regional. Otherwise the outcomes — case acceptance, hygiene production, team retention — are statistically identical.
