Tammy has been in the dental industry for more than 35 years. She and David have been married for 29. David Duncan is the visionary and developed Practice Management Systems. His passion as an entrepreneur has been what has inspired Tammy to become a personal coach, dental consultant and leader in dentistry today. In addition, Tammy has developed the curriculum for our Dental Front Office Course and is also lead instructor.
Together they have balanced their skills, experience, and passion to create what has been developed since 2006, Practice Management Systems. They both continue to work side by side as they change one life, one career, and one practice at time. Those who know David and Tammy know they have something special in their marriage and been blessed to have raised 2 children, a new grandchild and run a successful business together.
ALYSSA
DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER
Alyssa has grown and developed into loving dentistry with adding value to her teammates as an Office Manager/ Team Leader. She graduated with 2 degrees from Oregon State University in teaching and business. She has been an inspiration to her owner dentist and team, along with providing best patient care to the patients. She enjoys serving and adding value to others. Her contagious spirit inspires each day on to her team and her patients. She believes in the value of dentistry and communicates that with confidence to her patients.
